At our Farm Shop, we celebrate home reared, homemade and local produce, and this is the time of year it truly shines. By producing as much as we can in house and collaborating closely with local farmers, we bring you the best while supporting independent food producers.

To make things easy for you, we offer online and in-store ordering services during the Christmas season. You can choose from a wide range of items to ensure you have the very best at your festive table.

Available for order are our Great Taste Award Winning Bronze Turkeys, popular barn-reared local white birds, stuffed turkey joints, and of course our home-reared succulent Moseley Hall Farm beef and lamb, all reared right here on our family farm.

Plus, our chefs are busy baking festive favourites, including our renowned mince pies, as well as farmer's wife Sue's traditional Christmas cakes, just in time for your Christmas celebrations!

How Much To Order?

We recommend: 500g per person on bone-in poultry and 250g per person on boneless meats.

Prefer pounds to kilos? 1kg = 2.2lbs and 1lb=0.45kg

*Our skilled team try their best to match weight requests as accurately as possible but please be aware of the natural variation in livestock.

How To Cook Your Turkey?

Heat your oven to 180°C/350°F/gas 4. Get your turkey out of the fridge 30 minutes before you cook it & preheat your oven. Cover the turkey loosely with foil, but remove it just under an hour before the timing is up.

Recommended cookings times -

4-5kg – cook 2¼ to 2½ hours

5-6kg – cook 2½ to 3 hours

6-7kg – cook 3 hours to 3½ hours

7-8kg – cook 3½ to 4 hours

8-9kg – cook 4 to 4¼ hours

9-10kg – cook 4¼ to 4½ hours

Roast your bird for the calculated time, or until the juices run clear from the thigh. Once cooked, rest on a board, cover loosely with foil for at least an hour.

Our Hamper station will be open in store throughout November & December for bespoke orders, we usually ask for 24 hours notice on tailormade hampers.
