WOOKEY HOLE CHEDDAR
This cheddar is made using traditional methods, each stage of the process is performed by hand, from the turning of the curds to the wrapping of each truckle in cheesecloth. The cheese is matured in the Somerset Caves to ensure it remains mouthwateringly moist and packed full of earthy and nutty flavours.


COLSTON BASSET STILTON
Stilton was given its name by the village of Stilton, just south of Peterborough, where it was first traded. This King of all cheeses can only be made in the three adjacent counties of Nottinghamshire, Derbyshire and Leicestershire. Colston Basset Dairy
produce one of the world's finest cheeses.


WENSLEYDALE & CRANBERRIES
Creamy, crumbly and full of flavour, Yorkshire Wensleydale cheese, carefully combined with the delicate fruity succulence of pure, sweet cranberries.


BARON BIGOD
Baron Bigod is a farmhouse cheese made with raw cow's milk in Suffolk, England. A true gem of the modern British farmhouse cheesemaking, this brie-style cows' milk cheese comes from the Fen Farm Dairy where their own herd of Montbeliarde cows happily graze outdoors.


STILTON & APRICOT
White Stilton is blended with dried apricots to combine the mild, fresh flavour of cheese with succulent fruit pieces for a wonderfully sweet and fruity flavour.
